Email or Fax Multiple Documents
You can now email or fax multiple completed documents at once! While viewing a patient’s completed documents, select the checkbox next to the documents you want to send, then click the Send Selected button in the lower right.
Bugs We Squashed
Our engineers corrected several issues you helped bring to our attention. Here are just a few!
- When loading the Add-Ons page, a warning will no longer appear in the Payment Processing card before the page finishes loading. Previously, a message indicated there was a problem with your account when there really wasn’t.
- If you refresh a claim for a daily note for a therapist without the signoff permission where the payer is set to bill using the supervisors NPI and there is no supervisor selected on the daily note, the assistant taxonomy for the service type will now appear on the claim form. Previously, the taxonomy was left blank.
This could happen if, for example, a payer was set to bill using the assistant’s NPI, the therapist signed the daily note, and then the payer was then updated to bill using the supervisor’s NPI.
